We offer a range of classes to accommodate all ages and ability levels.

ADULTS & TOTS

HALF-TERM COURSES

Wednesday 10:45-11:30

Friday 09:30-10:15

Friday 10:30-11:15

 For children from walking to 5 years.

NB: due to our new Covid-19 safety procedures, these sessions are NOT drop in sessions any more.

 

These classes are term-time only.

 Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Booked in half-term blocks (5-7 weeks each).

Our adults and tots classes are now fully booked. To be added to the waiting list, please fill out our Waiting List Enquiry Form and let us know which classes you are interested in.

INDEPENDENT PRE-SCHOOL

8 WEEK COURSES

Wednesday 09:30-10:30

Friday 11:45-12:45

For independent children aged 3-5 years.

NB: these sessions are NOT drop in sessions.

Wednesday and Friday classes are term-time only.

We also offer independent pre-school classes on Saturday mornings which run all year round including school holidays. There is currently a significant waiting list for these.

For higher level gymnasts who wish to enter competitions in 2 Piece (Floor and Vault), 4 Piece Women's Artistic    and/or Tumbling

 

Adult Classes (18+)

DROP IN SESSIONS

Why not settle the children down for the night and then join us for an hour of exercise?

Arrive from 20:00 for a 20:15 start. Please email us if you are interested in any of these sessions.

GYMNASTICS

Monday 20:15-21:15

Learn basic gymnastics skills, keep fit and have fun!

No experience needed

Classes are led by Hannah Saunders, one of our fully qualified coaches and judges

£5 per session (pay on the door) +

BG membership required (£19 per year)

GYMFIT

Tuesday 20:15-21:15

Keep fit class suitable for all levels

Gymnastics-based conditioning, strength, agility, aerobics, flexibility and body tension exercises to help you achieve or maintain the fitness levels you want

Led by Hannah Saunders

£5 per session (pay on the door) +

BG membership required (£19 per year)

Wednesday 20:15-21:15

Suitable for all levels from complete beginners to more advanced

Run by our fully qualified Pilates instructor, Alex McCrudden

No equipment needed. Bring a mat/ towel to lie on if you want, or just use the sprung floor

£4 per session

(No BG membership required)
